Each path chosen leads to a different page number, but many readers will want to go back and explore the other options as well. Though the preferred choice may be obvious, the writing is even-handed in that each outcome reflects the logical consequences of choosing a particular course of action. You Can Persevere introduces Dahabo, who is working on her science-fair project. Frustrated that the seeds haven't sprouted, she considers quitting, but her teacher makes suggestions. Clearly illustrated with colorful, digital artwork, this series encourages children to consider possible outcomes before making decisions.
