SWEDISH SEA TROUT • Tim Macpherson got a call from an old angling mate and went over to Sweden to sample sea angling with a difference.

GURNARDS • There six species of Gurnard but in the UK waters anglers only catch three on a regular basis (although a fourth is listed on the British record fish list). The commonest, and the biggest, is the Tub Gurnard, then there is the Red and Grey Gurnard plus a rarity called the Streaked Gurnard.
